I designed an end-to-end campaign management tool that unified creator discovery, campaign briefs, approvals, and reporting into a single streamlined workflow. What previously took teams multiple tools and days of back-and-forth was reduced to hours, making campaign launches faster, reviews smoother, and reporting more reliable across all stakeholders.
Running influencer campaigns required juggling multiple tools (Excel sheets, WhatsApp, emails, and manual tracking). This caused delays in briefing creators, managing approvals, and consolidating reports, stretching campaign setup timelines to several days.
I designed the GCC Social Suite, a unified campaign management tool that streamlined the entire journey from creator onboarding to campaign briefs, approvals, and reporting. The platform standardised workflows, reduced back-and-forth communication, and brought all campaign touchpoints into one place.
30% faster campaign launches — cutting days of manual coordination down to hours
Smoother collaboration — all stakeholders aligned on one system instead of scattered tools
Reliable reporting — structured, real-time data replacing error-prone manual tracking
We identified three primary user groups, each with distinct pain points:
Campaign Managers (Primary Users)
Previously relied on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and emails to manage creators.
Pain point: Too much back-and-forth, no centralised system, delays in launching campaigns.
Received briefs and approvals in fragmented ways.
Pain point: Missed deadlines, confusion over final requirements, difficulty tracking deliverables.
Needed updates on campaign progress and performance.
Pain point: No real-time visibility, relied on manually compiled reports that were often delayed or inconsistent.
By mapping these users, the design process stayed aligned with who needed what:
Campaign managers got efficiency.
Creators got clarity.
Stakeholders got transparency
I explored three directions:
Improve spreadsheets with macros and templates.
Create an approval-only tool layered on top of existing flows.
Build a centralized suite covering briefs → approvals → reporting.
Option 3 was chosen because it tackled fragmentation at its root.
I sketched multiple dashboard layouts, tested approval flows with campaign managers, and iterated on the creator management module after feedback that “deliverables were still confusing.”
✦ My Foundation
Centralize, Clarify, and Connect
Centralise → One source of truth for campaigns.
Clarify → Structured workflows and approvals.
Connect → Keep all stakeholders aligned in real time.
✦ Workflows Reimagined
From Briefs to Performance: Everything in One Flow
Brief Creation → Standardised campaign briefs cut ambiguity.
Creator Collaboration → Deliverables and deadlines visible to creators in one place.
Approval Flow → Transparent stage-by-stage approvals reduced bottlenecks.
Performance Tracking → Auto-generated dashboards replaced manual reporting.
✦ Results
Campaigns Launched Faster.
Teams Worked Smarter.
